Sikkim Gears up for the second edition of the International Flower
festival hosted by the state government. Hoardings are being put up at M.G.
Marg and flowers are being lined up for the show that is expected to attract more
than 200,000 visitors to the Himalayan state. The show will begin on February 23 and end on February
