Regional Cinema Celebrities Hit Siliguri for CCL

Siliguri, Feb 8:Celebrities from Bengal, Maharastra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka would all vie against each other here on Sunday to make their position secure in the Celebrity Cricket League being held for the first time in Siliguri.

On Sunday (February 10) Bengal Tigers would play against Telugu Warriors in the second match here at Kanchanjunga Stadium, as Veer Marathi would vie against Karnataka Bulldozers.
 
Boney Kapoor the team owner of Bengal Tigers on Friday said, “ The Bengal team captioned by Jeet looks athletic and has been practicing for last 2 months.”

The Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is a non-professional men's cricket league in India and is contested by eight teams consisting of film actors from eight major regional films of Indian cinema. The league started in 2011. The Chennai Rhinos had defeated Karnataka Bulldozers in the finals to win the series.]
  
Addressing a press conference, Boney Kapoor who is a Hindi film producer and director said that his wife Sridevi would be present in Kanchanjunga Station during the Bengal Tigers match.
  
Today a new looking and much-improved Bengal Tigers squad was officially announced with Tollywood’s popular stars Jeet and Dev coming together into the team.
     
Telugu warriors is captioned by Daggubati Venkatesh polularly known in Hindi cinema as Venkatesh.
 Veer Marathi is captioned and owned by Riteish Deshmukh while Karnataka Bulldozers is captioned by Sudeep.
